Dorahm Virtual Office strives to guarantee that the satisfaction of the clients we serve remain our primary focus. Our focus is to operate a business based on integrity, honesty and good business ethics.

Our fees are posted to reflect transparency – with an option of hourly or monthly rates. Please note also that our rates reflect us paying our own taxes and the use of state of the art equipments.

 

$35.00 Hourly Rate for the following:

- Administrative / Office Services

- Bookkeeping / Accounting

- Travel and Event Planning

- Business Development Assistance

- Database Creation/Data Entry

- Cards and Invitations

- Internet Research

- Create and Maintain Contact Database to keep track of clients

 

Web Design service is a separate service category and must be negotiated separately and will require separate contracts.

 

Email Blasts - Price is quoted depending on the amount of emails that are sent out

 

Monthly Retainer Rates (for clients who requires regular service):

- 10% Discount off hourly rates - Over 12 Hours per month ($31.50 per hr.)

- 15% Discount off hourly rates - Over 20 Hours per month (29.75 per hr.)

 

- Monthly Retainer Fee of $750.00 for 30 hours – with a six month contract.

 

Weekend / Rush Projects

- An additional 15% charge on hourly rate with 48 hours advance notice

- An additional 20% charge on hourly rate if needed immediately.

 

NOTE:

- Hourly Rate Service: A first-time deposit of $50.00 must accompany signed contract. Initial hours will be applied against deposit until expended. Subsequently, Client will be billed on a weekly basis for each prior week’s hours.

 

- Retainer Service: This guarantees us setting aside a number of hours to take care of your business at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services; payment is due on or before the 1st of each month.

 

- Expenses will be charged separately: Expenses incurred on behalf of Client are not included in any fees and will be billed to Client. Reimbursable expenses may include, but are not limited to, office supplies (e.g., file folders, envelopes, CDs, diskettes, etc.), mileage, long-distance telephone charges, payments made to vendors, and shipping and handling costs.

 

There is a per-hour minimum for all services. Hours are billed in 15 (fifteen) minute increments. Unused hours are not carried over; it is incumbent upon Client to utilize their retained hours each month.

 

Invoices will be issued outlining accurate accounts of hours billed. Payments are due upon receipt. Payments rendered are considered fully earned and non-refundable.
